スタッフの方が英語で対応してくれたり、笑顔で感じ良いお店でした。シナモンロールがモチモチで外はカリカリ、甘過ぎず、すっごく美味しかった

Belief Coffee Roasters feels like a proper neighbourhood café that just happens to attract a more cosmopolitan crowd. It’s relaxed, unpretentious, and quietly confident — the kind of place where locals, expats, and travellers all blend in without it feeling forced. Nothing about it screams for attention, but everything works together in a way that makes you want to stay a bit longer. Coffee is solid across the board, but the iced mocha is an easy recommendation. It’s balanced rather than sugary — you get the chocolate, but the coffee still comes through cleanly, which keeps it from feeling like a dessert drink. It’s refreshing, well-structured, and just hits on a warm day. Net-net, it’s a simple formula done right: good coffee, easy atmosphere, and a local vibe that feels authentic rather than curated.
