Amazing food! Great service! Conveniently located next to the Visa center. Fills up fast with customers during lunch break. Their Paninis are great! Been here several times. Always delicious Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just wanted to share my experience with Bella Healthy Food earlier this afternoon at the Immigration Division 1. Sadly, I felt like I got profiled as a basic/plain looking asian (I was wearing a loose t-shirt and pants) that doesn't deserved to dine in there. At first I was excited that I'm about to try their food out as my "white-skinned" partner highly recommended the place to me based on his previous experience - I was too excited that I literally gone straight to their spot after arriving there since I haven't eaten anything that time (no breakfast and such) as I was looking forward to eat some proper "white-people-recommended" food in Bangkok. Me and my partner actually planned to meet there to dine, but I ended up arriving 1 hour earlier. During the time that I've arrived, the place is 85% crowded, two big groups (white-people) with some family dining in, two tables with two ladies each (also white-people) - with just drinks and with their laptops, and some two asian kids running around playing (I think their either kids or grandkids of the store manager/owner). I checked the menu and it was enticing (pastas, coffees, pastries and bagels), and I asked the white guy behind the counter (not sure if he's the owner) if I should order by the counter or at the table, but he didn't let me finished talking, told me that "by the counter" and called one of the staff (I think it might be his wife or store manager) to take my order. I ordered some pasta and drinks, and even a salmon bagel for take away (that was highly recommended to me), and unfortunately pastries were not available/sold out (which is fine), with a bill of 424 THB at 1:00 PM for a single person. I didn't ordered food in advance for my partner (and I'm thankful that I did the right choice) as I don't want the food to get cold when he arrived. I ended up going to the farthest table (small rounded table, since the bigger tables were used) in their area as I don't want to get disturbed too much, and pulled another chair to save a seat for my partner (as I fear that he won't have anything to use once he arrived), placed my two bags there to reserve it, and waited for my order. I got my drink, then the food (and the take away too) afterwards and started eating. But when I was eating, I've noticed that the staffs were looking at my direction, and honestly, I started to feel uncomfortable. Then, one of the big group left and it got replaced with another big group (employees from the Immigration) - it's obvious that there's enough seats for everyone. Then, while I was eating 25% of my pasta, the lady who took my order asked me about the spare chair, and I told her that I'm waiting for someone and I'm reserving the chair. While I was dining, I am also messaging my partner (he's keeping me updated of his location and we're discussing about work at the same time). I was like 50% done with my pasta, and this time it's the white guy who approached me and asking about the seat, and I ended up saying the same thing " I'm waiting for someone and I'm reserving the chair". I've decided to eat faster, remove the bags from the chair. When my partner told me that he arrived at 1:49 PM, I ended up leaving and convinced my partner to eat his lunch elsewhere as I didn't enjoyed my experience there. I would understand if all of their customers were eating, but some of their customers were just hanging out with a drink and working/watching videos with their laptops when I arrived there (and they're even using a bigger dining tables) and stayed longer. If they really wanted to free up some space, they should not disturb those are eating. It's like "what if I took my Macbook Pro from my bag, will they disturb me still?". I dined to fancier Italian places (not those Asian fusion ones) and dressed the same here in Bangkok, but I never experienced this. Food is okay, but experience is horrible. My partner told me that he didn't experienced that, it's sad that I ended up responding to him "well, you're white and I'm asian, what do you expect?". Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–500

thenks for your review i am sorry you come on a bad day for you so you know i did see you eat your pasta but when i ask you are you one person is not to take ofence to you we are fixing up the place becose we have less tables and chairs and on personal note please stop with all the "you're white and I'm asian," this is thailand leave racism hope you have beter Atmosphere and Service after we fix up the place with more tables and chairs and 2 bars tables you can put your macbook
