One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in Bang Tao. My husband and I stopped by on a rainy afternoon for coffee and cake because close to our home. The café was nearly empty, and we were literally the only customers inside. I fully understand that businesses have rules, including a no-pets policy. However, customer service is about more than simply repeating rules — it's about how you treat people. It was pouring with rain and strong win , and I had my small dog with me. I politely explained that we would only stay for a few minutes, finish our drinks, and leave. Instead of showing even the slightest understanding or kindness, the staff repeatedly told us, "Rules are rules," and lectured us about respecting their policy. The problem wasn't the rule. The problem was the complete lack of empathy! To make matters worse, there were three staff members behind the counter, no table service, and all hot drinks were served in disposable takeaway cups despite customers drinking on-site. My husband left his coffee untouched. Me took my drink and banana cake to drink it at home and left the place immediately. There are many cafés in Bang Tao serving coffee, but hospitality is what makes customers come back. Unfortunately, Bellinee's seems to have forgotten that. We left feeling unwelcome, unappreciated, and disappointed. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this café to anyone looking for warm or friendly service. The best price to quality ratio of coffee and pastries you can find in Phuket, huge late on oat milk ~ 70 Bath with Amazing "flat" chocolate croissant for another 50~ bath - that's a pric EOF just small coffe in a y other decent place around the island The only thing as a drawback and get 2 weeks going there daily finished/tried all the pastries so need new types And it's really walking distance to Surin beach Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rude staff. I ordered a latte to dine in, and when I saw that she prepared a take away cup, i asked for a ceramic glass. She then took a ceramic cup and looked at me expecting to pour it in myself. Such places must become bankrupt so the employees can actually understand what hospitality means. Coffee was horrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
