Please inform your staff to be polite to customer! We saw her inside doing washing and called her as we want to pay money for the bread we want. She was very unhappy and impolite. We goes to this bakery often and this is not the first time we experience this issue when she is on duty. Kindly check your roster on which staff I am referring to. Issue happened on 4 May around evening timing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The cakes from this bakery are an absolute delight. The sponge is soft, and the sweetness is just right. We ordered one for a birthday party, and every single guest complimented it. Delivery was smooth, and the cake was fresh upon arrival! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yesterday I been Ben Baker buy Japanese cotton cheese cake and that time already 5:30pm , when I prepare paying my stuff the cashier tell me this cake is cost $9 , and remove the price tag on top the cake .And I try to telling her display area is showing $8.50 and she say just increase price, I double check with her is it just increase?cause now already half day and display area still showing $8.50 ,she say YES. When I step out to their shop she still say is boss saying increase. And what I concern is if u want increase price pls remove the price list showing at display area don’t wait for customer paying their stuff then u telling customer different price and what I know is in Singapore any shop their try to adjust their price they will change their display price before customer coming.
