Man, where do I even start? Came in expecting a solid private dining experience at Ben Fatto, but wow—this was something else entirely! Sfoglino Yum Hwa took us on an incredible journey through the art of pasta-making, sharing his deep passion and craft behind every handmade creation. Each dish was designed to let the pasta shine, with the sauces playing the perfect supporting role. What really set this experience apart was how immersive it was. Not only did we get to savor some of the best pasta I’ve ever had, but we also got hands-on with Andarinos, rolling and shaping them ourselves. Hearing the stories behind different pasta types made each bite even more special. If you’re on the fence about trying Ben Fatto, let me make it easy for you—just go. You won’t regret it. P.S. If you’ve seen reviews mentioning the outdoor dining, no worries—the space is now fully enclosed and air-conditioned! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
