3連泊しました。 部屋の金庫が壊れていたので、トランクに鍵をかけて金庫代わりに使用してた。 初日シャワーを使うと金属音のような甲高い音がしてうるさかった。 翌朝、朝食を食べ終わり部屋に戻るとシャワーが壊れてずっと水が出っ放しだったので、フロントに連絡して直しに来てもらった。 翌日は隣の部屋（家族が使用）がシャワーの水が止まらなかった。 チップ20バーツ置いておくと綺麗に掃除してくれてた。 朝食のビュッフェは種類も多く美味しかった。 スイカとパイナップルは熟れて甘い時もあった。 朝食会場はとても綺麗で広いが9時過ぎると混んでいる。 すぐに食べ終わったお皿を下げてくれるので、まだ残っているコーヒーも下げられそうになる笑 大晦日は部屋から花火が見れて良かった。

今回関空発のNEWのツアーで利用しました。 場所は初のソイ5。最寄秋のナナ駅からは約7分と多少距離はあり、かなり古いホテルですが、コスパはとても良いと思います。今回は深夜到着でしたが、高層階のリクエストにも最上階をアサインしていただき、昼も夜の夜景も楽しめました。朝食は500Bと多少高い設定でしたが、今回はツアーの価格に朝食も含まれていたのでこれもお得でした。 フロントと朝食スタッフの方、どちらもとても親切で感じが良かったです。 ホテルのせいでは無いのですが、中国人の団体がロビーでも廊下でも朝食会場でも凄くうるさく、そこだけは残念でした。

Royal benja Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view—it is absolutely stunning and truly deserves all the credit. Waking up to such a beautiful view every day made the experience even more special. The swimming pool is also fantastic and adds to the overall luxury feel of the hotel. What impressed me most is that despite offering such a great experience, the hotel remains very affordable and offers excellent value for money. Everything about this hotel gives you the perfect holiday vibes, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Bangkok. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Bangkok. Service: 5
