Just now i ordered a chocolate hazelnut cake. I went to pay after i saw a staff there took it out to pack. When i back home, bathed, opened the cake to eat, somehow it turned a mango cake. We were the only customer during order and paying, I SAW she took what i chose out to pack. why did you give me mango instead????? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had been loyal fan of bengawan solo for many years and indeed have not been disappointed before with their cakes and kuehs until recently. The ondeh ondeh (which I think is one of the best I tried in Singapore) tastes different. Skin is harder, thicker and drier. Not anywhere close to what it used to taste. Did you change supplier? Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
