Went to preorder a cake for a birthday and paid with Shopback. When i showed them the payment they told me that I cannot use shopback to pay since its advanced order and it is stated below the exclusive deal ‘up to $5 off’. I told them that below states the terms and conditions for the exclusive deal which makes sense if i wanted the $5 off deal but i was paying the full price for the cake. Service: 1

Winnie Kok & Swee guan at WestMall Bengawan Solo outlet are very patience, friendly and very familiar with the different almond cookies flavours in the shop cause apparently there are 3 different almonds cookies. Winnie is such a sweet and nice lady to let me try 1 small bite of one of the flavour for the almond cookie cause I mention to her that I am going to buy 12 boxes of almond cookies for my clients hence she is such a thoughtful lady to even bother to let me try one bite of it as the rest of the other 2 cookies run out of sample already. Henceforth both Winnie Kok & Swee guan can work and partner very well in the outlet cause Winnie help me with the packaging of 12 boxes of almond cookies and 12 tins of love letters while Swee Guan help me with the payment of a total amount of $660 for 24 boxes of love letters and premium cranberry almond cookies. Halfway through the packaging, some of the items just cannot fit into my trolley so Winnie Kok even go to the extent of giving me one ‘hanger’ so that I am able to hang the remaining bags on the handle of my trolley which is very nice of her to give me this ‘hangar’ if not it’s really gonna be very difficult and tough for me to push 24 boxes back to my home area which require me to walk 20 mins back home with the entire trolley packed with all the cookies and love letters,hence she is definitely a very kind hearted lady and this definitely deserves to be compliment for her extra sweet gesture towards me as we cannot take things or people for granted, especially when my home area is pretty far away from Westmall and require 20 mins of walking back home. So I am very impressed with both of their partnership @ work by Winnie Kok & Swee guan as this combination of each individual focus on their own individual skills which is highly recommendable especially when the shop is pretty crowded at 830pm on 6.2.26 (Friday evening) hence with these combination of skills forte will definitely reduce the amount of time for customers to wait for them to serve them during this peak hours hence they are both very awesome and good staff to have as they are both willing to go the extra mile to serve their customers at the shop which is a rare gesture nowadays as I do not see any Bengawan Solo staff who will do such a caring gesture when come to serving of customers. Henceforth I observe that Winnie Kok & Swee guan are very hardworking ladies at work and have high EQ and IQ cause during this 1 hour of serving me, they are very patience towards my queries and they even offer to help me push my heavy trolley for me which is a really thoughtful act of them. So I am very confident to comment and compliment that Winnie Kok & Swee guan are very responsible, attentive and detail oriented ladies because I work from a very small role in my finance career until only 3 years ago I got promoted as a Director of Sales when I start working in finance industry at age 26 and till now I am 43 years old already. I have my utmost confidence that Winnie Kok & Swee guan are very capable and competent for their work and job duties from the way they serves me and also the fact that Swee guan is a very old auntie and also Winnie Kok ain’t a young lady too so for them to help me pack all my stuff into the trolley is really not an easy task for them especially after 8 hours of standing at the retail shop is really not easy for both of them. Henceforth, both of them definitely deserve a pay raise and promotion for their effort in serving clients and going the extra mile for servicing me and making me feel so happy and fully satisfied and literally will want to patronise Westmall Bengawan Solo outlet more. If not, please kindly arrange a session to compliment both of them in front of all the staff for their awesome and splendid customer service cause they truly deserved it and all other employees should literally take both of them as a role model to learn from. Lastly I sincerely hope the higher management will take serious consideration on my feedback written especially for Winnie Kok & Swee guan. Thank you.
