Have been visiting this Bengawan Solo outlet since childhood. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and attentive, which is why I continue to support this branch. I prefer it over the Parkway branch as the service here feels warmer by far and more personal. When we collected our birthday cake yesterday, the staff even showed us the cake before handing it over and kindly let us take a photo. Great service and a lovely experience every time! Store is located at the corner of where the coffee shops are, so it might be difficult to locate the store for some. Standard bengawan fanfare offerings , we always visit to purchase the kaya cake which is a family favorite. We used to order the pandan cakes once in awhile, however perhaps due to changing taste preferences it has gotten too sweet for us to consume. Perhaps there could be a less sweet offering in future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
