有能な スタッフの存在なしでは、Bengawan Soloの高評価はあり得ないでしょう。そのサービス は楽しい。 でも ほとんどの ゲスト がGoogleを使用してここに高い評価を与えませんでした。

Saw a lady waiting to be served while the two staff members were occupied. Once they were free, they immediately turned to a man who had arrived later and greeted him with “Hi handsome, what would you like?” While it was disappointing that the gentleman did not clarify who was actually first in line, it was even more concerning that the staff made no effort to check before serving him. Even the staff from next stall also acknowledged that the lady had waited for while. Perhaps some refresher training on basic service etiquette and queue management would be more appropriate than unintentionally prioritising customers based on appearance. I’ve tried ondeh ondeh and pandan chiffon cake from many places, but I always come back to Bengawan Solo. Their version is soft, fragrant, and just the right level of sweetness. I love the texture and taste—truly the best to me. The staff are also friendly, making each visit a pleasant one. Highly recommend for dessert lovers.
