So hot in Khon Kaen didn't want to go anywhere so I ordered a burger from the closest place for delivery. It just happened to be Ben's. I ordered the double beef burger with cheese, an order of fries and thought " why not try the cheese dip." Then I crossed my fingers and hoped the food would be good to at least reasonable. About 25 minutes later the food arrived. The first thing I noticed was that the bag that contained the burger was actually quite heavy in weight. Upon opening the package the burger looked exactly like the picture which I immediately appreciated. It was huge. These folks do not cut corners on the burger meat. As another person mentioned in the reviews the burger itself was juicy and well formed however I agree with the other reviewer that it was a little bland and could use a little something in the mix to liven up the taste but it was far from terrible and I quite enjoyed it. Would I order again...yes for sure. I ordered the cheese dip with the fries as I mentioned and would personally probably skip that addition on my next purchase only because it is so sweet. Thai people love their "sweet" so who am I to comment with anything negative about that Fries were good, everything arrived hot and the burger was juicy and enjoyable and the price is very reasonable.
