しっとり系のクッキーが好きな人にはおすすめ。たっぷりのチョコチャンクが大好きなので、ダブルチョコチャンクを食べると…カントリーマームっぽいダブルじゃない方は、主人にも好評。

Not busy anymore since the hype is over. White chocolate macadamia is delicious. If you want to try many flavours, go for the smaller sizes.

Been a fan of Ben's cookies for many years since living in London. Was initially very pleased with the product here in BKK and completely anticipated the long lines. However, lately customer service has been awful, staff are very unpleasant and make no attempt to manage customer expectations re. wait time, flavors which will be available etc. Staff attitude is the worst (especially the *useless/apathetic * - edited to be more precise and "politically correct" - girl who is always there). Hopefully you guys will improve in this aspect or else it would be a shame to waste a good product as a result of rude staff.
