Besides UMI — definitely sit at the counter. That’s where the experience really comes alive. You can watch the chefs at work, talk about the dishes, and have little conversations with them throughout the meal. It feels intimate and personal, but still very relaxed. Food-wise, the quality is absolutely on par with UMI. Every dish was delicious, and I can easily see this being a great spot for both Thai and international guests who enjoy a more private setting and being able to interact with the chefs. My favorite of the night? The ankimo maki. No question. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿2,000+
