Nice, quiet spot to hang out with friends. Quite spacious and not crowded on a weekday afternoon. Right beside Park Boulevard. Waffles are really good, ice cream is okay. Prices are reasonable.

The cafe's modern, minimalist design, accented with pops of color, instantly drew us in. It was the perfect blend of playful and sophisticated. We decided to skip dinner and go straight for dessert, drawn to the unique combination of comfort food and artisanal ice cream. We shared a Buttery Croffle, a delicious combination of crispy and fluffy, and a scoop of the "Dark Nama" ice cream. The "Dark Nama" was a revelation. It is rich, smooth, and with a slightly bitter, slightly sweet flavor that was incredibly satisfying. It was clear that Betsubara uses high-quality ingredients, and the care they take in crafting their desserts is evident in every bite. The croffle was perfectly golden brown, and the "Dark Nama" ice cream melted in our mouths, leaving a lingering taste that we both savored. Betsubara is a place where comfort and creativity meet, and we loved the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. It's a place we'll definitely be returning to, especially to try some of the other tempting ice cream flavors they offer.
