I had a wonderful experience at Between Sun and Moon Coffee Roasters in Khon Kaen. The cafe has a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It’s quiet most of the time, and even when local customers are chatting, it still feels peaceful and cozy. It’s a great place to slow down and enjoy a good cup of coffee. I ordered the black coffee with coconut juice and it was incredibly refreshing. The flavor was unique and memorable, especially because it was made with Umbra coffee beans. Before leaving, I bought a bag of Ivory Plum coffee beans with tasting notes of Umeshu plum wine as souvenirs for my friends. The beans smell absolutely amazing—I could still enjoy the wonderful aroma while they were in my luggage! A special thank you to the owners, Bill and Nok, for their warm hospitality. They kindly invited me to watch the coffee roasting process, which was such an interesting experience. I also had a lovely chat with them and shared that I had traveled to Khon Kaen for the LingOrm Fan Meeting. I hope to have the chance to come back to Khon Kaen in the future to explore more of this beautiful city. When I do, Between Sun and Moon Coffee Roasters will definitely be one of my first stops.
