僕はカフェインで即胃痛が起きる体質です。ここのジャスミンミルクティーはカフェイン含有量が多めらしく、僕はすぐ胃痛になりました。カフェインに弱い人は参考にしてください。 一緒に行ったシンガポール人は別ドリンクをno sugerにしてましたがリピートはないそうです。それはこの店が美味しくないのではなく、コーヒーの方を好む嗜好性が理由とのことでした。

I ordered drinks using a promotion that offered a $5 cashback/free drink reward. Before making payment, I confirmed with a male staff member how the promotion worked. He informed me that the cashback would be automatically deducted or credited after I completed the payment. However, after making the full payment, there was no sign of any cashback, refund, or promotional discount being applied. I immediately approached the staff member again and asked whether I could receive a refund and place the order again before the drinks were prepared. The male staff member refused my request and explained that other customers were usually able to receive their cashback. He then blamed the issue on the system, saying that “sometimes the backend system is still not functioning properly.” Despite acknowledging a possible system issue, he did not offer any solution or assistance. Later, a female staff member attended to me. I explained the situation once again, and she offered to check the promotion status. After checking, she informed me that the promotion had already been marked as used on my account. However, I had been charged the full price for my order and did not receive any promotional benefit. Although I eventually received my drinks, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I felt neglected as a customer, received poor after-sales support, and was given inconsistent and unclear explanations regarding the promotion. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability, apology, or effort to resolve the issue. This experience gave me the impression that customers are expected to bear the consequences of system errors without any proper assistance. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and hope the company will investigate this matter, improve staff training, and ensure that customers receive the promotions they are entitled to.
