平日のランチタイム、30分ほど並びました。並んでいる間、バターケーキとコピを振る舞ってくれました。シンガポールらしさを感じられる素敵な雰囲気で、オススメです。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

バイオレットオンが手掛けるカジュアルカフェ。友人に教えてもらい初めて来ました。 店内可愛くて、お料理も悪くないです。 常に行列はあるので人気店の様です。店員さんが忙しいのにすごく気にかけてくれるし、男性はお揃いの紫色のバティックシャツを着ていて可愛いです。使っているお皿やカップ、ソーサー、グラスがとても可愛いので、オーナー様！是非、販売してください 帰りにクエやタピオカのケーキを買いました。味は普通です。ココナッツオイルのせいか、どれも少しオイリーな感じがしました。 サクッとニョニャ料理を食べ、雰囲気を味わえるので、ふらっと立ち寄るには良さそうです。. Terrible service at Bibik Violet. I visited for lunch today and was extremely disappointed by the service we received. The restaurant was far from full, with several empty tables available, yet we were left waiting at the entrance without any acknowledgement. A staff member with full-sleeve tattoos was standing right at the concierge area where we were waiting, but did not greet us, ask if we needed a table, or even acknowledge our presence. We were only seated after another staff member from the bar noticed us waiting and kindly brought us to a table. What made the experience even more frustrating was the obvious difference in treatment once we were seated. A nearby mixed-race couple was checked on multiple times throughout their meal and received warm, attentive service. In contrast, our table was completely overlooked. We were not once asked how our food was, nor were we met with any friendliness, smile, or eye contact. As Asian customers, it genuinely felt as though we were receiving a different standard of service. Whether intentional or not, that was the impression left on us, and it made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. Good food alone is not enough to justify paying for an experience where customers feel ignored and unwelcome. Management should seriously review the level of service being provided and ensure that all customers are treated with the same courtesy and respect.
