My wife and I brought our niece to Big House today. The photos online are misleading, unsafe environment for young children (too many big kids running around without their parents caring), and staff do not care about what is happening in the play areas. Today I witnessed 2 older boys take over part of the play area and didn't share with the little kids who wanted to play. Hey Staff --> Wake Up! Hey Management --> Wake Up!
