Went to this coffee shop located inside the men’s department of the department store and really liked the modern, sleek fit-out — it felt stylish and well thought out, making it a nice spot to take a break while shopping. The atmosphere was surprisingly relaxed and comfortable. The drink selection was solid with a good variety to choose from. I tried the gin tonic, a sweet fizzy berry drink (can’t quite remember the exact flavour), and a coffee — all were high quality and very enjoyable. The gin tonic was refreshing, the berry drink had a nice balance of sweetness and fizz, and the coffee was well-made with a smooth, rich flavour. Service was another highlight. The staff were very friendly, warm, and attentive, which made the overall experience even better. Definitely a great little spot to stop by if you’re in the department store and looking for quality drinks and a pleasant break. Honestly a little disappointed by this location. They did not carry soy or oat milk and were sold out of their specialty coffee drinks. Very also, limited options for mocktails. The space is very cool and unique but it’s missing something. IWC is a luxury brand, i expect the same from a coffee shop using their brand name. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
