Location of the resturant was not easy to be found - it was not the fault of the resturant. No need to wait, as there was only one table, on a week night, 7pm. The food were horrendous! The pizza looked to be a frozen product from supermarket (not freshed) I never seen pizza this round from a restaurant, usually in cheap, massive produced pizza - very disappointed Salad is salad - Risotto and Pasta were OK, not as bad as the pizza! I would not recommend if you want an authentic Italian cuisine Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $300–350 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Was visiting hk during the new year and my family was excited to return for the Apple dessert which they tried 2 years ago, however we encountered such rude service that we ended up leaving during order-taking. After ordering food and drinks for the table, my husband told the staff (young blonde Caucasian girl) that I can’t drink regular milk and that he would like to get an oat milk coffee from Starbucks nearby just for me. The reaction of the girl was shockingly aggressive. She raised her voice at him and said that he cannot do that. Responding with such an intense / wanting-to-fight kind of tone and body language, my husband naturally wanted to defend me and he said - but you don’t have oat milk and she cannot drink regular milk? And the girl again reacted very harshly and this time almost shouting, said that he’s not allowed to do that. Her behaviour was unacceptable and so we changed our minds about eating there, informed the staff and left. It’s understandable if the restaurant is unable to allow outside food / drinks, however there is definitely a better way of communicating this instead of raising your voice at the customer which is completely unacceptable. My family felt that no matter how good the food might be, it is not worth patronising if the service was appalling. While leaving, we also saw a Filipino lady who we believe served us the last time we were there. She was kind and friendly towards us the last visit, which made the idea of returning here more inviting. But after this experience.. probably never again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
