Found this place by chance! A very pleasant surprise! A nice cafe and restaurant for lunch, an afternoon cool-off drink or an early dinner. Home-style Thai food. Owners are super nice and friendly! We've gone back twice already! The view is great, especially at sunset! Can see the elephants too from the elephant park across the river when they come down to play.
