we called to inquire about a flat tire repair. The person that picked up was extremely rude and impatient. I called because i heard the store was friendly, but probably just the owner. Whoever picked up was terrible. Edit: The tone and language used when you picked up the call was already extremely rude. You did not have the patience for us (who do not know much about bicycles, and just want to get it repaired) to reply to you with the information that we have, and hung up after promptly telling us to send a video on line, without even waiting for us to confirm that we would contact you through Line. This is not how you respond to customers, especially first time customers. I do not speak Thai, and even I could tell how rude and impatient the language and tone was. There is no explaining to be done.

I already called back to explain the situation, but you did not answer the phone. I also in formed your girl about tire size needed to check the parts compatibility and asked you to send photos via Line, but I did not receive anything from you. Despite that, you left us damaging review.
