If you’re looking for a spot with **top-tier Japanese food** that actually treats your pet like a guest, Bincho is a total win. The **charcoal-grilled** flavors are the real deal—everything has that perfect smoky hit you only get from Binchotan. The **Hagama rice** (traditional pot-cooked) is also a massive highlight; it’s easily some of the best rice I’ve had. What really impressed me was the outdoor setup. It’s super pet-friendly, and they even provide mobile AC fans to keep you and your furry friend cool. It makes such a difference in this heat!
