#BirdeyeEspresso is an independent coffee shop located in the alley of Dong'an Market, Tainan City. The upstairs is a B&B #Beloved Coffee Inn. The brand name is taken from #Birdeye's transliteration of "Beloved", which represents: forward-looking and travel love. Freedom, love and being loved. Using black and white as the base color, the store space has a calm industrial-style atmosphere. The light cast through the iron-framed windows, the plants throughout the room, and the aroma of coffee add a bit of warmth to the space. Emphasizing the Australian lifestyle as the starting point, Australia's unique #whitecoffee #flatwhite (also known as flat white, milk coffee) has a taste similar to that of a latte, but the ratio of coffee to milk is lower, between that of a latte and a card. The ratio of milk to coffee in Puccino is usually 1:3, and it is famous for its silky milk foam.
