03 Jun 2025. Never got to try even when my intention was to, with the raving good reviews. Stepped in at 20:27 hrs. The lady owner told us the kitchen was already closed, When asked what time the kitchen closes daily, she said 20:30 hrs. It's obvious you already closed the kitchen earlier than stated. Good that your food is rated very well. But you got a long way to go in being professional in your conduct as an F&B establishment. We are very disappointed as we booked a Grab transport to come all the way to you to try your food. Especially so when we are based overseas. Service: 1

Bistro @ 55 has only opened for 2+ weeks and we had a fantastic meal there. I ordered the pork chops while my partner got the lamb chops — they were so juicy and tender! The pork chops was fusion western and Asian (I found out that one of the co-founders is Eurasian and passionate about his food which he tried to bring across in the menu, and it worked! Pork chops and balacan mmmm). Staff was super friendly, atmosphere and food was really nice and affordable so don’t let the bad menu design keep you away! The co-founders were also really knowledgeable in their drinks selection so we were in great hands for recommendations. I’m also happy to say that this place is pet-friendly :) Thank you for the experience.
