I was told by an acquaintance that this is a famous bistro in Meguro. The menu, prepared by a chef who had trained at a starred restaurant in France, was wonderful. I especially liked the "Lasagna-style mashed potatoes". It was the first time I had tasted mashed potatoes, but it tasted nostalgic. The wines were of excellent quality and the sweets made by the pastry chef were superb. If you are looking for a French restaurant in Meguro, I highly recommend "bistro egalité"!!
