Energetic music underscores this quiet bistro, inside Hong Kong Baptist University started the night with pumpkin soup and buns. French Beef Tartare with papadum was well-seasoned. Pan-Fried Foie Gras was rich, balanced by juicy grilled pineapple. risottos: the Truffle Mushroom filled the plate. the Lava Pumpkin burst with crab meat, comes with smaller salmon roe and extremely rich salted egg puree. pumpkin scooped to blend with risotto. seasoned throughout overall. 法式牛肉他他，胡椒餅 法式香煎鵝肝，燒菠蘿片，莎莎 意式黑松露雜菌意大利飯 熔岩蟹肉南瓜意大利飯三文魚籽鹹蛋黃醬. Spacious bistro primarily serving pub food for university staff and guests. Not particular crowded even during meal time. Foods are very generic and nothing special. Most of them are premade and heated on order. Not at of healthy choices. The really annoying thing was the amount of dressing and sauce they put on the food: those by itself is a meal worth of calories. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
