結婚記念日に食事＆お酒を頂きました。カジュアルな雰囲気で、気軽に利用出来るお店です。 コース料理のお肉とパスタは絶品でした。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。. Price per person: ¥7,000–8,000

BISTRO ROSY is a casual but stylish Italian restaurant situated around Toyama station. It's a five to ten-minute walk from the station. During this season, only course menus are available. Tonight we are sampling their 6,600 yen dinner course, which is their top tier course. Well, in terms of dollars, that only comes to 40 US dollars and for their best course, so I think it's worth the order. We started with assorted appetizers which had prosciutto paired with a cracker and pear, salmon, duck, roast beef and pate. The second dish was a seafood carpaccio salad. The third dish was a pumpkin gnocchi doria. The fourth dish was pasta cooked al dente in a pulled pork ragu. The fifth dish was Spanish mackerel, and the dish that I thought was the best! The sixth dish was Himi Wagyu Beef steak. And the dessert was an "Italian" pudding that had a hint of coffee and also had nuts drizzled on top. So for 6,600 yen, this was definitely worth it. The presentation looks good, the interior was stylish, and the food was pretty good. Now if you were to compare it to other fine dining, then I would have to say that the dishes are pretty basic and doesn't have any sophisticated sauces or complex creations, but that's just being picky. And the wait staff doesn't really explain the dishes, and if they do, they don't explain it in detail. The interior is really beautiful, I have to say that again!
