Located in the Silom area, about a 5-minute walk from Silom MRT. The place feels incredibly cozy—I visited in the early evening while it was raining, which added an extra warm and romantic vibe to the atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel even more pleasant. I ordered Vietnamese food from PHOBO, which seems to be partnered with Bitterman. Everything was on point, especially the Banh Cuon, a steamed dumpling stuffed with minced pork and mushrooms—it was delicious. As for Bitterman’s own menu, they offer a wide selection of dishes ranging from Italian to Spanish cuisine. I’ll definitely come back to try more of their food.
