Ordered latte and shio-pan bread. Coffee came out in 5 min. It was fine. I had to ask for bread 3x. Came out 15 min after coffee. I bit into it — frozen solid in the center. The 2 female servers were a bit shy about it. I get it. They were polite. The male server who appeared to be in charge got upset with me when I declined their offer to make a new one. I had already been waiting 20 min and needed to go. I asked for them to take off the bread from my order and I paid. I was polite and patient- an apology from any of them would have made this review unnecessary. I won’t going here again. Ever. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My family came in for lunch on a Tuesday. The place wasn't too busy. Staff were nice. Food was good. Note: The tables are small and more designed for maybe 2-4 people rather bigger groups so we were separated but that's ok. If we had the chance we would like to come back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
