Unfortunately, a very bad experience. Last night I was at this bar with my girlfriend. Three drunk men (from Austria, France, and Australia) approached our table. At first they started talking, but when my girlfriend was clearly tired, they tried to take her away from the table, despite me clearly stating that she was with me. When I stepped in between them and my partner to protect her, the situation became aggressive. I was provoked and had to push one of them away and use a chair defensively. Only then did they leave. What was most disappointing was the reaction of the staff. The bar staff did absolutely nothing to stop the aggressive and inappropriate behavior of these drunk guests. Instead of ensuring the safety of their customers, they told me to pay the bill and leave, as if I was the problem. I have lived in Thailand for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. Guest safety — especially the safety of women — should be a top priority. Sadly, it was not the case here.
