This is the worst experience ever! ALVIN, the manager was very unfriendly and rude. He talks to the customers in a very disrespectful way. When we didn’t get the most expensive beef, he started giving us attitude. We ended up leaving the place cos of very bad service but we were still asked to pay even if we cancelled the order already. This business MUST BE CLOSED!

Over price for ordinary food. Understand is in MBS, but 5 prawns for $36? Ok. Lets accept the price and move on. The service was bad too, ordered a cranberry juice, $8 on menu but server charge me $11.50, told them to check if is correct 3 times and came back told me is correct. I had to take out my phone and press calculator for them to tell them that $8++ is around $9.30 not $11.50. Whats going on Black Knight Hotpot? What service you are practicing ? Trying hard to feature in Scam City episodes?
