ʙʟᴀᴄᴋ ᴀɴᴅ ᴍɪʟᴋ ᴀᴛ ʀɪᴍᴋʜᴏʙꜰᴀ ʙᴏᴏᴋꜱᴛᴏʀᴇ - My second café stop of the day wasn’t too far from the first, although I still hopped on the MRT for a few stops before arriving at Black and Milk at Rimkhobfa Bookstore. The café shares its entrance with Rimkhobfa Bookstore, giving it a unique blend of coffee shop and bookstore vibes. While I’d seen it described as a book café, I found it leaned more towards being a cosy neighbourhood coffee spot with shelves of books next door rather than a silent reading haven due to the loud music. The drink menu was the real highlight for me, featuring plenty of creative specialty options. I went for the Blood Dimond (Diamond?), a drink designed to mimic the flavours and appearance of red wine, and it was very delicious. The staff also deserve a mention, they let me know they normally accept card payments only, but kindly agreed to take my exact amount in cash when I asked, which I really appreciated.
