rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was impossible to ignore. The staff was unexpectedly aggressive and asked us to leave in a very abrupt and disrespectful manner, without any clear explanation. The atmosphere inside felt hostile rather than welcoming. Hospitality means making guests feel comfortable — not like intruders. Unfortunately, this place completely misses the point of customer service. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed and friendly night out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
