没想到韩国的历史上也有属于自己的蛋糕，而且用的是大米和红豆这类的亚洲人的传统主粮。 小店的女主理人把传统蛋糕加上了翻糖技艺，让传统的口味有了时尚的外表。女主理人说，这类蛋糕的最佳赏味期是在6小时以内，所以一定是现做现吃。 口味上，翻糖的浓郁和米饭的清甜结合在一起，最好的搭配是一杯精彩的咖啡，多巴胺的分泌会让快乐到达最好点。 看图片貌似还可以定制不同的图案和造型。强烈推荐。 I never expected Korean history to have its own cake, and one made from traditional Asian staples like rice and red beans at that!

Absolutely loved this Korean rice cake! It’s gluten free and vegan. The flower design was beautiful and so delicately done, it looked almost too pretty to eat. The red bean and blueberry filling was a great combination, not overly sweet and very well balanced. Communication with Yumi throughout was clear and smooth, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Considering the quality and design, the price was very good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and elegant! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beautifully made cake Everything is balanced and not too sweet, not overdone. They are clearly in their own wheelhouse and know exactly what they’re doing. An absolute gem in Seoul! Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Vegan, and gluten free
