Rating: 2/5 stars Our recent visit to Bliss in Siam was marred by poor service. Despite arriving early and ordering before other tables, our food took over 40 minutes to arrive due to the waiter's oversight. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect. The experience was frustrating, especially watching other tables receive their food before us despite our timely orders. We had ordered Phad Thai, which, when it finally arrived, was notably under-portioned - we were expecting a serving of stir-fried noodles with shrimp, but our dish contained only one prawn. Although the food itself was good, the exceptional service failures overshadowed the quality of the cuisine, making the mistakes and delays too significant to overlook. What's more concerning was the complete lack of service recovery efforts; despite bringing the issues to the staff's attention, there was no effort to rectify the situation. This lack of accountability and customer care left a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, this set a negative tone for the rest of our visit.
