A suburban cafe and restaurant with a clean, minimalist yet stylish design, offering multiple seating areas. The menu is diverse, featuring European, Thai, and Japanese dishes. Pizza is good, especially the dough, which is moist and not dry. The portion is generous and well worth the price. Tofu salad stands out, with fresh tofu that has a rich soybean aroma and a smooth, delicate texture. Pad Thai is flavorful and intense, though slightly on the sweet side. Mixed sausages came with high expectations, as it’s described as homemade Japanese-style sausages using German spices. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. The sausages were mildly seasoned, possibly due to the serving temperature, they weren’t hot. It felt like they were taken from frozen and quickly pan seared: the exterior looked good, but the inside was still cold, resulting in a dry, less juicy texture. Some kind of sausages would also benefit from a coarser grind for better bite and texture. Pure matcha is normal. Overall, the ingredient quality and portion sizes are fair for the price and ambiance, and the service is good. However, more attention should be paid to the serving temperature of the food.
