The first encounter was the strong and disgusting rancid odour we believed to have originated from the dustbin of the food waste tray which was parked right in your cafe, not one but a few, which was a surprise. The dustbin was not fully covered, the food and beverage waste was left unattended for quite sometime. Secondly, the store environment was a let down due to the unorganized cartons as scattered around at the bar, causing eyesore to the patrons. The last but most important was the service attitude by your staff. They don’t serve with passion and manner, is a total turn down. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

owner had better migrate to self order system. substandard service. cashier told me to read the menu and picture of the cake when I asked question about the ingredients. took wrong order on size of drinks. arrogant, impatient and careless. other servers yelled order number which may be better replaced by electronic number sign board. no one cleans tables. some customers clearly sat or napped for more than 10mins even the shop looked crowded. no value for money left factoring in the bad service and environment despite of the acceptable food and drinks quality. Meal type: Other Price per person: $100–150 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
