I really love Blue Bottle Coffee! On top of the great drinks, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the chance to select the beans before ordering—it was a nice added touch. The atmosphere was a bit busy since it’s located in a hotel lobby, but that also makes it very convenient for hotel guests. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It is within an hotel.. the environment is nice but other than that everything else is soso ... ordinary. The coffee is not wow either... Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
