This might be one of the best restaurants I have been to in all of Thailand. The Japanese-Thai menu has been carefully, lovingly, and intentionally curated by the incredibly friendly and welcoming owners. Every dish I was lucky enough to order there was better than the next, but their Okonomiyaki with specially imported Japanese ingredients for the dish’s stunning accompanying Miso Soup, and their creamy and fresh Thai Green Curry were two standout dishes. From the eco friendly jungle-lounge decor with choices of lounge hammocks, Japanese zataku seiza-dining, or traditional dining tables on an array of individualized dining platforms that hover above the lagoon, to the atmospheric chill-step background music, to each perfected dish on the menu — every aspect of this restaurant is brimming with love. If I could rate Be Cozy more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
