Dinner at Blue Marble felt like one of those evenings where everything quietly lines up just right. The ambiance? Relaxed, polished, and just elegant enough to make you feel a touch sophisticated until the food arrives and all restraint goes out the window. Ning and Patty took care of us like seasoned pros—warm, attentive, and somehow always appearing exactly when needed (I’m convinced there’s a bit of magic involved). The beef burger was the kind that demands a proper two-handed commitment—juicy, indulgent, and worth every napkin sacrificed. The grilled salmon was perfectly done, flaky and light, like it had nothing to prove and knew it. The organic green salad did its job of making us feel virtuous briefly, before we moved on with our lives. And the tiramisu? Let’s just say it didn’t stand a chance. Smooth, rich, and gone far too quickly. Portion sizes were just right—not the “I need to be rolled out” kind, but enough to leave you happy and plotting a return visit. And the music whoever curated that playlist deserves a quiet nod of respect. It didn’t interrupt, didn’t try too hard—just gently made everything better.
