Probably the worst Thai food I’ve ever eaten. Actual disgusting. They tried to westernise it by making it into a Frankenstein monster of a dish. Milky, creamy, watery, tasteless. Service is incredibly slow at the pool, line up for drinks and only one person attending the bar, instead of calling for help to deliver drinks faster. We finished our drinks in under 10 minutes, but we were only able to order 2 in 2 hrs couldn’t even spend money even if we wanted to. Wanted to buy ice cream, but the ice cream fridge was locked and the staff lost the key. Drinking from the tap is dangerous and not advised, yet basic water was x4 the price of any where else. Happy to pay for service, if there was any. Solution: Fire the hotel manager, the staff are doing the best they can, but with no coordination or proper management the reviews at the resort speaks for itself. Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
