Finally got to try Blue by Alain Ducasse and it lived up to the hype. Every course was beautifully plated and packed with flavor. I especially enjoyed how balanced everything was not overly rich, just refined and enjoyable from start to finish. The service was impeccable and the staff paid attention to every detail. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a lovely atmosphere that makes the whole meal feel special. A memorable dining experience overall. Definitely worth visiting if you're looking for a fine dining restaurant in Bangkok. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿1,600–1,800
