I visited Blumetz in Gwanghwamun and tried their Schweinshaxe. One important thing to know is that the Schweinshaxe needs to be pre-ordered. Fortunately, someone in my group had already placed the order in advance, so we were able to enjoy it without any issue. The skin was nicely crispy, and the portion was generous—good for sharing. The meat was flavorful, though slightly on the dry side depending on your preference. The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, making it suitable for casual business meetings or group dinners. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you plan ahead and come for the experience with beer and company. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
