I recently had the pleasure of stopping at a hidden gem on my journey from Pattani to Songkhla Zoo. The Beef Boat Noodle shop, nestled conveniently next to a mosque, provided a perfect spot for a brunch break. The beef strips were remarkably soft and tender, and the soup boasted a superb beef flavor that lingered on my taste buds.
