The best customer service and food I've ever experienced at Bonchon. Everything was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely come back again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a Korean dining at Korean restaurants in Thailand, my expectations are usually pretty simple. Before I hope for amazing food, I just hope for some degree of authenticity. I've had Bonchon before, and while the taste wasn't exactly what I'd get in other restaurants in Korea, it was at least recognizably Korean. On my most recent visit to Bonchon at The Nine, however, I was genuinely surprised. The meal was actually quite good; just not Korean. The food was enjoyable enough, but it simply didn't resemble Korean food in any meaningful way. That leaves me with mixed feelings. The food itself wasn't bad at all. What put me off was the marketing. If you're presenting yourself as a Korean restaurant, authenticity should matter. Serving something entirely different while calling it Korean feels misleading. I would have given 1 star but that wouldn't be fair as it was decent as long as you didn't have expectations of having a Korean meal. Good food. Questionable identity. Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
