Hello Bonchon Jungceylon Patong Branch, I would like to kindly share my recent dining experience. First of all, I completely understand that during the first month of opening, some aspects of service may still be in the process of improvement. This is understandable, whether it relates to staff performance, order-taking, or customer greetings. I visited your restaurant for dinner on Wednesday, 13 May 2026. Upon arriving, there was no staff member available to greet or welcome customers. I had to find a table and seat myself, and after waiting for some time, I needed to request the menu on my own, even though staff had clearly noticed that I was already seated. I would sincerely like to suggest improving customer greeting and order-taking skills in order to create a more attentive and professional dining experience. I understand that Patong is a busy tourist area and that daily operations can be challenging, especially during the early stages. However, stronger service-minded hospitality would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere and make the restaurant feel far more welcoming.
