Bonchon at The Mall Bangkapi is usually a place I enjoy, and the chicken is always good in terms of flavor. However, the service has definitely gone downhill based on my recent visit. We waited over an hour for our food, which is far too long. When the food finally arrived, most of it was cold, which was very disappointing. It is frustrating because I usually have a good experience here. The shop seemed understaffed and very chaotic, and the overall service did not match the quality I have experienced before. Very disappointed with this visit and hope they improve soon. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken, Fries, French Fries, Spicy Mayo, Sticky Rice with Fried Shallots, Seafood Vegetarian options: None its a fried chicken restaurant Dietary restrictions: None

We ordered food at 11:30 and it arrived at 13:10. We were here with children and it was very challenging to wait. Food was ok. I would not come back. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
