香港で1番おいしいステーキハウスといえるかもしれません！いつも家族4人で2種類のお肉を頼み、シェアして食べます。焼き加減、お肉の味など本当に最高。岩塩をつけてもらえるので、それにつけてたべるとおいしいです。マスタードもあります。イングリッシュとフレンチマスタードがあります。フレンチマスタードはちょっとすっぱい感じです。個人的にはイングリッシュマスタードの方が好きです。フライドポテトはトッピングでチーズをかけるとさらにおいしいです。テーブルにあるケチャップ、BBQソースもこだわりのもので、ほんとうにおいしいです。オススメのドリンクは香港クラフトビアのラマアイランドIPA。独特の味わいがクセになるビールです。西貢に行く時はいつもここのステーキを子供たちにせがまれています。お気に入りのレストランです！

Bones and blades is one of the butcher and restaurant I admire the most. I went to the Hong Kong Island branch, and my experience was amazing. From the meat when I was choosing, up to the service the I got from the server is up to five star level. Thumbs up to this branch!However, I recently visited Sai Kung branch with my family and I am carrying the same level of expectation from Sai Ying Pun. Upon entering, we were greeted by an awesome butcher who i have asked a couple of question, and as expected, he’s knowledgable with what he’s doing and selling.on the other hand, we were greeted and seated with warm welcoming from pen(or phen). She’s amazing at her service! Feeling like it’s Sai Ying Pun again!Until the manager came and ruined every single image of bones and blades. She approached us with a high attitude of (IDGF) type of face, and asked if we want sparkling water. And when we decline, she rolled her eyes and follow up with “I think you would like tap water then.” Quite uncomfortable and didn’t know how to react but I replied “okay”. We got our food and still, no doubt, delicious! All of sudden, manager came up at the table and said “do you guys want drink now? I have asked you earlier and now you change your mind.” Very unpleasant attitude that this woman has. In my head, if you don’t like your job, quit and find what makes you happy, not ruin other people who are actually enjoying every moment and every experience in this branch. It changed my perspective that not every restaurant who are in the same company will have the same quality of people who serve. 2 star for the food and everything that is good.
