Late lunch spot specializing in rare yang jang pi. Owner mixes it tableside before you dig in. Sauce sits at the bottom (extra on the side) — beautifully balanced: sweet, mustard heat, savory depth, nutty sesame. Ingredients shine: fresh seafood, crisp veg, and house-made onion noodles.
